VOICES - SEASON ONE

Exceptional Women in the Workplace

In this episode, we are joined by Working Chance's Chief Executive Natasha Finlayson, who explains the support they provide and the exceptional outcomes they achieve for both women looking for work and employers with live vacancies.

Research shows it creates a more dynamic culture in an organisation: as well as all that creativity and innovation coming from those different perspectives, it’s also really beneficial for staff motivation, performance and retention, which are the words that make employers’ eyes light up.
